So Alec and the yoga instructor are root of all evil... but you're a random internet person obsessing over the inheritance he leaves his oldest adult child? Oh no, a trust fund idle Hollywood kid will only get $3M and not $15M when dad croaks in 20 years! Who freaking cares? Let the guy live his life. Maybe he genuinely always wanted more than just one kid (Ireland), what's so wrong with that? Ireland's mum was of advanced age (40-ish) when she had Ireland, so very likely they encountered issues if they attempted to have more children (perhaps Ireland was IVF). So he sought out a fertile young partner to create the big family he always wanted -- luckily he's rich and famous and could easily attract a cute and willing younger gal.

Ha. It's probably more a matter of getting Alec's spousal support to Kim being reduced downwards every time Hilaria pops out another one. There is definitely a money angle there somewhere. Alec wouldn't have gone after Selma Hayek if his plan was to have even more kids. When Selma shot him down, he had to rethink his strategy. At some point he'll want to stop working so much while still maintaining the life of luxury that he has grown accustomed to. If he's got minor children to support that means less money for Kim.

No it's not. Jesus. I know him. He took the Match Game gig to get money for his charity. He's not going to do Jeopardy on a regular basis when Match Game was a pain in the ass. And yes we all know that Hilaria is a piece of work and a liar but Alec loves her because she does exactly what he asked.

I disagree, especially as you age. I began dating my SO when I was 38 and he was 49. An 11-year age gap is no big deal for us. My friend's mother (a widow) began dating her SO when she was about 47-48, and he was around 62-63. Their 15-year age gap is no big deal at all.

Kim pretty much stopped working after they divorced didn't she? I don't know what their settlement was but it wouldn't surprise me if they were still somehow financially entangled with one another.

I’m sure she was well compensated in the divorce between the assets she received and child support. With how much they hated each other I highly doubt he agreed to pay long term spousal support when he wouldn’t have been required to.

And as far as her not working, she was well over 40 at that point. There are very very few roles for over 40 women. Especially 20 years ago.
