He says the things they’d like to, but never will because they’d face consequences. He makes them feel less alone in a world where their views are out of favor with the majority of the population. He insults the people they don’t like.

They SHOULD be feeling alone. Jones and his ilk, and their supporters amplify toxic lies, conspiracy theories and hate speech. We should not be allowing this kind of cancer on American society to feed and fester the way it does. Glad he is finally facing consequences for his decades of toxic lies.

I was wondering when the RWNJs would come back and cry about the Dems being the real problem. And I can't even decipher this nonsense.

Let me spell it out for you: There is no way two years of texts were sent to the defense accidentally. I can't stand Jones, but I hate miscarriage of justice and a banana republic more.

Let me clue you in: lawyers and paralegals, like everyone else, make mistakes.

Not like this. Please.

You have no idea how the information was handled internally, how it was handed over, or really anything about what happened.

When I practiced law a long time I handed my secretary an envelope with documents in it and asked her to send it to our client. I handed her a separate stack of documents and asked her to shred them. She instead put the shred stack in the envelope and mailed it to the client. Well, that shred stack was the privileged information that I recommended that we not turn over in response to a FOIA request. Luckily, the client caught the error and called us. We looked like idiots and I was told I should have checked the envelope prior to mailing despite the fact that she should have not added documents to the envelope in the first place.

In another case entirely I represented the defendant in a personal injury trial. The Plaintiff's lawyer sent over ALL of his client's medical records, including the ones from a year before the accident where she complained of the exact same injuries from a car wreck. I impeached on the stand and the just took about 15 minutes to pour her out.

It happens.

Just in case you want to witness and/or enjoy an absolute corpse-stomping, here is the Sandy Hook families' lawyer saying, in effect, Alex Jones "is about to go through some things."

What isn’t on that phone?

The poster claiming the leak was intentional still hasn't come back to spell out WHO leaked, and WHY they leaked. Do they believe Jone's lawyer is actually on the plaintiff side? Do they believe a third party sent the information? Do they believe something else?

Spill, PP. Because when you hear hooves, think horses, not zebras. I want to see whether your theory holds water.

You seriously think this slimy lawyer wants to be disbarred? He's in a boat load of trouble. It's more likely they were overwhelmed with work trying to come up with a defense to this and did send it unintentionally. It is funny as hell though.

This sounds like an SNL skit at this point of more and more absurd things found on Alex Jones’ phone. Keep them coming and keep the lawsuits/criminal charges/embarrassment coming for all of these bottom feeders.

We’ll add Mrs Alex Jones to the list of people harmed by Alsx Jones.

Bankston said “intimate messages” were among them but offered no more information. Jones subsequently ranted about the mistake on Infowars, claiming the legal team now had a “naked” photo of his wife. On Monday, in an interview with TYT Network, Bankston said the photo in question was sent to Stone and shared his concerns over consent. “I’m a little concerned about it because that intimate photo was sent to Roger Stone, and I don’t know if that was consensual,” he said. “And if it wasn’t consensual, Mrs. [Erika] Wulff Jones should know about that. And there might be something that needs to be done about that. Then again, it could be totally consensual. But when I see that—and I don’t see any indication that it was—I’m concerned something might not be on the up and up with that. There are certainly laws in certain states about that.

I interpret this as, "Mrs. Alex Jones? Come on down!" and testify against Alex.

You’re signing up to be mistreated if you marry Alex Jones. I’m sorry that this woman is broken in some way that guided her life choices to this point. I hope she gets help.
