My company does 100 percent up to 8 percent. If you are over 50 and make 300k for example you are putting in with match around 48k a year

That adds up quick

I hope so! I’m putting away 51k now but slacked off during my 20s.

About $700k in mine (all Roth)
About $550k in his (275k Roth)
