Wow... Y'all get REALLY harsh. I mean some of you have valid points when it comes to the show and certain members but you have to admit, some of you I really doing a bit much right now about Rose.

So you mean to tell me that he came home, noticed that safes were empty, kids/wife gone, hard drives gone...and you went to bed?!?!

It seems to me that he half expected for her to do something like this. She may have been threatening to leave, or he did something really nasty that day, and was anticipating this type of reaction.

If my family was missing when I got home, I'd call the cops, just sayin.

yeah, it seems to me that maybe they had an argument earlier that day and she's done this before or something, so he didn't think twice that they weren't there and went to bed since it was late. i also got the idea that he discovered the stuff missing/bank accounts drained the next day, not that same evening. but really, regardless of what happened and when, it would have been best to keep it off the air.

That is another part of the argument that falls apart.....if Kane really subscribed to text alerts with his bank account, he would have got them for a period of time, unless the limit was really high (let's say $1,000) and Natasha knew it, and kept it underneath that amount to Kane wouldn't know.

Kane should have called the cops immediately, end of story. Even if he couldn't file a "missing person's" report, the fact his house was empty is enough for the cops to do an investigation.

No, that's not true. Text alerts would tell him when his accounts were overdrawn/zero. If she wasn't paying all the bills (electric, gas, whatever), and instead slowly taking $800 gift cards each time she went to the store (for months !!!!) he wouldn't get text alerts because she wouldn't be overdrawing the account. He got the text alerts because she zeroed out the accounts after she left that night. and he awoke to all these text messages already sent overnight.

it just depends on your bank and what your preferences are set to. you can set it to receive alerts when you make a certain dollar amount charge, when your balance is below a certain point, etc. i'm guessing that natasha was used to making some large purchases and often so i doubt he was getting alerts when she charged $500 here or there, more like $2,000 and up...

Rose doesn't contribute to the show enough to annoy me as much as she seems to annoy y'all. I don't listen too often but when I do Rose is making comments like you do when you're half listening to your friend tell a ridiculous story. "No way!" "Oh snap!" "Wow."

I've never heard her bring anything of substance to the show. I'm sure it's hard to jump in when you're the only one not in the studio but, that's the job - so do it!

I think some of you have to keep in my mind that when Rose got this gig she was only about 23 years old. Imagine being in Orlando, working in radio and the boss calls you in and tells you that you got the part to be part of The Kane Show, a nationally syndicated morning show and that THIS is going to be your role. At this point she's probably just doing and saying what she's being told to keep this "dream job". Even if it means she has to say things and act like someone she isn't. Just playing devil's advocate.

Pretty sure no one's telling her to talk about her relationship issues on air but who knows. Wouldn't be surprised if it was fake to get people to call. Honestly, I wouldn't tell Kane shit about my life. He start it off by saying "Rose sent us an email about how she's done with guys and blah blah blah she have relationship problems blah blah". First, who sends that in an email. Second, why would Kane bring that up? It just makes Rose seem a little pathetic honestly. If Kane does that on air, imagine how he is in real life.

They wanted someone who didn't speak their mind to Danni. Melanie and Danni didn't get along and Kane sided with the ghetto danni. She doesn't have to worry anymore, because danni is gone. Thank you Jesus for that!!

+100

There was probably no email. They were probably brainstorming and trying to come up with a good topic for discussion. This wasn't thought through because it ended up Rose getting hysterical and pouting like a petulant brat because no one agreed with her. No ones being harsh. People said worse about danni

Anonymous wrote:I just listened to some of the podcast from this morning....talk about awkward. Rose saying all the guys she meets want a serious commitment, and she wants them to pump the brakes....then IJ basically calling her out for sleeping with guys on the first date. And as a previous poster stated, Rose was fighting back tears it was very obvious and IJ clearly did not care at all and kept "joking" with her. It was SO uncomfortable. Its clear he hates her. The show has majorly gone downhill. Too bad EITM is no longer offered as a replay on Iheart.

Do you know when in the podcast?

So I ended up finding it, around 27 minutes in, and it just sounded like she was getting upset because she was getting a lot of backlash from listeners texting in and slut shaming her. I mean IJ did give her grief about what date she slept with guys at, but I don't think that was the only reason for her tearing up. However, if you're going to talk about that live with a ton of people listening, you need to be ready for that kind of backlash. It was awkward though, she needs to build up more of a back bone.

Wow this was uncomfortable to listen to. She definitely sounded like she was getting upset and ready to cry. Kane can't even speak in a complete sentence anymore. He sounded horrible and stuttered/stumbled through most of it. I can't even stand listening to it. I much prefer Sarah's Hey Frase podcast. I always liked her and Mel. Couldn't stand Danni from the beginning and stopped listening because of her. She didn't mind the lies told on the air about Mel leaving so I don't feel bad that she now finds herself in the same situation. She came off like one of the mean girls from High School and always contradicted herself.

I can tell you right now that there wasn't an email. I said in the other thread that what people don't know about the show is how planned it is. EVERYTHING is planned. 99% of the time there is no email, there's no running into old interns, or exes, all of that is planned, it's show prep.

Now here are some of my two cents about the crew and how they respond to Kane.

IJ will always be Kane's sidekick and will ALWAYS suck up to Kane. Intern John started off as an intern in Minnesota, worked on a morning show there and then went to do nights in Des Moines (#72 in market rankings). All the sudden he gets a call from Kane saying that he's going to be the new cohost on TKS in DC (#7). Imagine being 23, working nights in a small ass market and being told you're moving up to the big leagues. I think IJ is always going to feel like he's in debt to Kane.

I already said what I had to say about Rose. Also about 23 when she got her "dream job."

Now Danni on the other hand is a bit different. If I did my math right Danni was 27 when she was hired on, a mom, had been unemployed for a bit but had been in the industry for while. Add in her already outspoken personality and you knew she wasn't going to be a puppet like John. Did Danni side with Kane on a couple of issues? Yes, but you could also chalk that up to only hearing one side of the story (more specifically talking about the whole Natasha thing) but when you listen to the show there were times where Danni would call Kane out, like not telling the whole story to something or going with a misleading headline, and she would tell him not to interrupt her.

When you look at their history and take into prospective where each person was in their lives when the joined the Kane Show, it makes sense. IJ is always going to be Kane's puppet. No matter what. For right now Rose is probably going to stick it out because she's probably thinking she can't go anywhere up from TKS (which at least on the East Coast, idk about the West Coast, above Kane I believe there's really only Bobby Bones, Elvis Duran, The breakfast Club and On Air with Ryan Secrest). And I wouldn't be surprised if it got to a point with Danni where maybe she said, "I'm too grown and have been in the industry for too long for you to talk to me like I'm a child." or something like that.

Now what would really say something is if, for some weird reason, Erick left the show. Because think about it. Erick has been there from the start with Kane. He's the producer, takes a lot of shit, probably doesn't get as much credit as he deserves, and has witness everything that has gone down. If he leaves, then you know something has happened.

I agree Rose has little to offer, however, have you noticed how Kane will ask her about something, then when she starts talking, he interrupts and talks right over her! I've noticed that rather often. Or Kane or IJ turn it into something nasty and never let her state what she was trying to say. It's such bull! I think she has learned to keep it to simple sentences of 3-5 words or they interrupt her!

Then today Kane just creeped me out. They were talking about it ring a year ago today that John took the special needs boy to meet Adam Levine and the boy had a panic attack & had to lay down, so everyone laid down to make him feel ok with it. Out of nowhere, Kane says yes, and I must say John, when you were laying behind his mom, your crotch was just a little too close to his mom's butt. I was like WTH? That was totally inappropriate!

One more thing. IJ & those damn videos. He is sooo freaking weird. Why? Please stop! Borrrrr-ing. And his hair. Ugh! I find him very unattractive. He's the one to me to be a narcissist. He's very annoying and just ugly!

Danni just posted on her FB, some long message from her 'BFC'.

I like IJ because he's not afraid to be politically incorrect. Regardless of whether you agree with him or not, it is refreshing to hear a healthy discussion.
