You have no idea. Try being a Chinese American professor these days. The FBI might come knocking on your door. There are trainings that you and your colleagues take about how China is evil. You are denied grant funding because one of your students goes to China and works there after he leaves your lab. You are racially profiled by the government. One is forced every day to acknowledge that some of this is justified (not the FBI shit - everything else) because the CCP is in fact a dangerous govt and we are right to be wary of how they use their diaspora. What do think the climate is like for Iranian students in the US? When we can get to the place where Israel is treated at arms length and people are free to celebrate their connection with the land while US policy holds their govt accountable for crazy stuff, let’s talk.

No, "Israelis" do not do this, you propaganda-pusher. A few extremist Israelis - who have been sanctioned by Israel, the US, and other nations - did this but Israelis as a whole do not.
