We’ve seen enough verifiable crimes against humanity done by Israelis to not be surprised by this or anything else.

I think Israeli soldiers have gotten away with a lot of brutality on Palestinians, children, elderly and anyone in between for decades. The ubiquity of phone cameras and cameras used for security are showing a side that most of us didn’t know about.

We’ve known plenty of the violence from Hamas but now it isn’t even clear who’s in the right.

Countries fight for independence all the time and it’s never without horrible casualties. Ireland had to fight a war to get England out of their country and even then England just had to keep a piece of it. Religion played a part too.

There are so many similar stories in history. The one relatively recent hope Israel had was the Oslo Peace Accords which Prime Minister Ravin was all in for. But an extremist religious hate filled nationalist murdered Rabin. And soon enough lying, corrupt, racist, thieving Netanyahu was destroying any chance of peace.

Rabin was the last Prime Minister to be an honest man who understood that peace and compromise was the only way to stop terrorism, poverty, and all of the other reasons groups like Hamas grows.

The latest report from the UN documenting sexual violence in wars around the world, said in 2025 the UN was able to document “patterns of sexual violence” against Palestinians detained in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories, and verified multiple incidents of conflict-related sexual violence, including as a form of torture, inflicted on 14 men, seven women, nine boys and one girl from Gaza and the West Bank. It said 13 cases occurred in 2025 and 18 in 2023 and 2024.

It detailed at least nine victims, mostly from Gaza, who were raped or gang raped, in some cases repeatedly, by perpetrators from the Israel Defense Forces and Israel’s prison service, its special forces and police units.

Hard to argue with this. It’s not just a rumor, it’s true.
