ok - then where are you going? it's may - where did you sign? what club is better?

We moved our dd to NVA. VRSC has no future.

We did too. Our DD was with the club since Day 1. She was the captain of her team. FCV staff and parents ruined the experience. Let's go NVA!!!

Good luck, We just left NVA!

NVA isn’t what you think it is especially in the older age groups. Just another mediocre GA club.

True, the older age groups may not be good. But U13, U14 and U15 NVA will be better than VRSC.

Poaching good players from other clubs and then not developing them is a problem and why the older age groups suffer. Enjoy the subpar coaching and keep up with outside training or your kid will fizzle out at NVA faster than you think they might. Look forward to your complaints on the nva/Loudoun thread this time next year when you decide to leave!

There shouldn’t be anymore complaints on this thread in a few months - all of your players are leaving for other clubs! No complaints! Win for your club!

We've had BP and CC at different times and.BP always had coaches coming to club practices. I haven't heard of a single coach coming to a club practice at vrsc since the breakup. NOT ONE.

Their "showcase" was dismal. Not many players attended except those recruited by the coaches present. All four of them.

You haven’t heard about it so it didn’t happen? Typical. With a DD at vrsc I know for a fact there have been college coaches at practices. The problem is there are not enough talented players to attract them and not from colleges that anyone is interested in. Again, because BP has collected all the best players in the area.

Repeat after me: It’s the players not the coaches. If all the VDA players suddenly decided to leave for VRSC, those same college coaches would be at VRSC practices even with CC as the coach.

There are many periferal players on the VDA teams that are mediocre and riding coat tails of usynt level players. Two of their players were honored in the top talent game for their 09 team. There's a drop off after those top five players, yet they still get attention from higher level schools and don't have to make 1/2 the effort of everyone else.

You act like these players didn't grow up here and nobody knows who they are. Bobby attracts top talent because he has the BEST reputation of any club in Virginia of placing players.

Keep making excuses for dismal performance. It's par for the course.

It's a winner take all environment, stop complaining.

Evidence enough that the coaches only look out for favoritism players at VRSC ignoring potential in others.

That's at every club. Coaches has favorite players. This is not unique to VRSC. you'll find out at your new club.

The problem is not the favorites because yeah... every coach has "favorites".. the issue is when the favorites are not good players at all.. one thing is to become a favorite because you are great at what you do..another is to become favorite because you pay coach to do private training or because your mom donates money to the club or because your mom is friend's with the coach..etc..

For now... boys left other clubs to come play mls next but the elite players now realized that it was mls next 2 and have moved to other teams
