Actually, you're right. I'm very familiar with the area, but I estimated the populations incorrectly. I thought the population east of Muddy Branch dwarfed the western side. It's much closer than I expected. The eastern side is about 6k. Washingtonian Woods is 2k, with another 2k in the townhomes behind and around the Giant on the north side of Great Seneca

Right and there’s also that smaller neighborhood backing up along the farm and across from Washingtonian Woods on the E side of Muddy Branch (just S. of Great Seneca) that’s also quite affluent I believe.

Also, some of Fields Road’s current population comes from Brown Station families who chose to not participate in the Spanish immersion program. For whatever reason they get sent to FRES but I bet that will change with the new regional model.
