Is anyone else meaningfully less happy living here since Trump 2.0 started?

Life is great! We have outrageous grocery prices, mass layoffs, rising unemployment, rising debt defaults, more billionaires, skyrocketing healthcare costs, more Jesus being pushed on us, women and minorities are being further marginalized, there’s a wide scale war on federal employees, and a president who is uninterested in solving problems because it interferes with his ability to enrich himself and air his personal grievances. Things are great.

My 5’10” daughter lives in a red area of a red state. Neither she nor any of her tall friends have ever been harassed for being “trans”.

Your experiences are your experiences, but I seriously doubt that this is happening “regularly”.

Why would your daughter’s tall friends be telling you about this if it happened to them?
