That generation loves a good meme and Harris is apparently a big hit in that regard.

Just like "Dark Brandon" was sooooo cool, organic and hilarious. Look how that worked out...

Kamala Harris+DNC raised $81 million in 24 hours.

Of the 888,000 donors who gave to Kamala Harris in the last 24 hours, *60%* made their *first* contribution.

That's roughly *532,800* Americans who went out of their way to donate to Kamala's campaign.

We're gonna crush the fascists. Be scared, be very scared.

The early polls do not look good. Trump is up 2-6 points nationally against the Vice President. He is likely to still be up in the battleground states as well. If another Democratic or Independent candidate emerges in the next 3 weeks, can this $81 million be given to them? There are many good options who are less polarizing than Kamala Harris.

True polls will not be out for two weeks.

So what? He left unlike Trump.

When they made it clear he could leave the easy or hard way.

Biden has more reason to be upset than Trump did in 2020. Yes Democrats took advantage of covid to abruptly change voting rules in their favor, in ways that would not have stood up to judicial scrutiny except for when there is something like a pandemic.

But Biden? His own party literally forced him to resign. Insiders are saying how pissed and betrayed he feels.

If anything, this massive betrayal probably caused him more health issues than covid has. The party he spent 50+ years serving broke his heart. All in the name of keeping power.

Shouldbe real proud guys, real proud. Wow.

And yet he has been a total class act, graceful and heartfelt and sincere in his wish for what is best for the party and the nation. All of us who listened to his words at Harris’s event with campaign staff could hear that grace. Amazing. Such decency. Love him.

I mean I think the one person who didn’t betray him in the end was Harris. Saw something that said he wanted to endorse her so she didn’t feel like he felt in 2015/16 when Obama snubbed him for Hillary.

Im just saying, y’all did him real dirty. Not the biggest fan myself, but this is what he gets from his colleagues after 50 years?

There’s no doubt this gave the Dems a boost they were needing. But I’d say the truest polls will be those out after labor day After the public gets reminded of her past positions, she’s both too far left and too “woke” for most of America, not even in the Bernie Sanders type of way—but in the elitist “i will follow my party overlords” type of way.

“True polls?”

Such as the ones who all told us “Hillary has a 92% chance of beating Trump?”

Is that what they are saying on FOX? You don’t know if his ego is too big. You weren’t in the room. You’re just a spectator without all the info.

I think history will correct the record and show Biden’s term as more positive and consequential than Obama’s.

Childless was a low blow . There’s a growing amount of childless child/free millennials especially . Aoc has talked about not wanting kids .

It’s typical of Republican mean spiritedness and only valuing women for being mothers and not much else

It’s true though.

She does not have children.

And have you criticized the historical presidents for that? George Washington? Was J.D. Vance writing his civics papers about how George Washington was childless?

Oh you mean it’s just sexism. Got it.

Actually childless is a stupid blow. If says to the 1/3 of Americans in blended families that our step parents / step kids aren’t our “real” family because of DNA. And by extension, that gay families, adoptive families, surrogates, etc. aren’t real families, because DNA. That the only way to parent is to push the kid out yourself— screw years of raising, loving, going to ballgames, helping with homework and walking me down the aisle. For example, my stepfather, who is obnoxiously pro Trump, but has called me has kid since I was 6 and was the only real father I had. And who never had bio kids. I wonder how he feels to know that relationship doesn’t count and he isn’t actually a father?

And who TF is JD Vance to say he isn’t my dad?

You think only liberals live in blended families and feel like I do?

That is a lot of interpretation. I’m glad your dad is your dad and you were lucky. Many are not.

I’ve been pretty negative about Harris, but I gotta say I love the nickname her stepkids gave her, “Momala”super cute. Not going to lie.

Please tell me what about her is too “woke”? Or is that code for “not white”?

You don’t have a clue how perfect the timing was. It was going to happen just at this time, with or without Covid. After the RNC and before the DNC. I’ll let you figure out why.

The Dark Brandon meme was pretty popular and pretty funny, I thought. I still see it on Reddit all the time.

It’s nothing personal. The polls showed he could not win, and that’s what pushed him to his decision.
