I saw an interview with the twins where Lupita says she has personal space issues and is Aromantic and asexual. Does not like to be touched. Quite obvious she's not ok with the other one being in a relationship/sexual activity. Just seems very wrong and inappropriate to marry conjoined twins.

Yes, they have. They have frequently given interviews to the press, including their recent People article. They post publicly on social media, they have had a tv show etc.
