In the last couple of weeks I've seen Joe Biden deliver several different 45 minute plus speeches and he did a great job.

Of course it affects his job. We see his performance in videotaped speeches where he loses track of what he says, lies, forgets the names of major terrorist organizations…. Those speeches ARE part of his job and the evidence is what we can all see.
