We toured for my high schooler. She had no interest in applying. Seems like a very intense place and kids didn't seem happy when we visited. We didn't push it and she ended up at another strong private with less pressure.

Nah. Each of the privates in metro DC gets its turn to be dumped on. A month or so ago it was dump on Potomac. A week or so later a dump on Beauvoir thread started. Welcome to DCUM.
