Fawny has a formidable challenger for the upcoming DA's race in Fulton County.

She's gonna have to work that Fanny little harder now.

She should be prosecuting real criminals not fawny criminals.

Trump is a real criminal.

Have you SEEN her track record? The whole of Georgia sleeps more safely because of her.

Yeah. Lord knows those 12 educators who tampered with tests and were prosecuted under the RICO statute were violent and a huge danger to society.
Don't get me wrong.... they should have been held to account, but RICO? Really?
Fani never met a case that should couldn't apply RICO to.

You forgot the RICO case against Fannie and Nathan and others.

That case is against Trump, not Fanni and Nathan

For now. But Willis hired her less than qualified boyfriend as a contractor to prosecute Trump and his associates. Wade gets paid by taxpayers and both he and Willis benefit. If they win then Willis and Wade get a reputation boost, but as long as the case goes on Wade and Willis receive financial gain. So they will be charged under RICO of conspiring to defraud the taxpayers of Georgia.

Don't forget "Never in his entire life has he (Nathan) prosecuted a single felony case." - said Terrance Bradley proudly.

Nathan also billed for 24 hours for a single day at $250.00 per hour on multiple occasions.

Omg you people are pathetic.
This job is considered “low bono” it’s not free, but it’s not a money maker.
Actual lawyers aren’t impressed.

Going rate for outside counsel in GA is about $40/hour to $100/hour. Nathan Wade with 0 experience prosecuting felony cases and 0 experience prosecuting RICO cases received $250/hour (with virtually unlimited/uncapped hours) more than the GA RICO expert who was paid $150/hour.

Sounds like the other lawyer should be testifying!
Where is his testimony about being underpaid?

All of this makes my head heart. Please help us all understand how any of this has anything to do with Trump and his co-conspirators alleged crimes. This just seems like spectacle and delay.

I guess you missed it when this was brought up during the hearing. Wade was shown the document and given a chance to explain. He filled out a form to be paid where he named the task he performed, listed how many hours of work the task required and had to give a date for when the task was completed. He was submitting paperwork to be paid for 24 hours’ worth of work, but only a single date was listed because he was only asked for the date he completed the work. He did not bill for 24 hours’ worth of work all performed on the same date.

Sounds like he is not only an unqualified attorney for this case, but is also a poor record keeper.
Would this fly with an attorney billing a client? I don't know..... maybe some attorney here could weigh in.

They don't need his testimony if they have the records and contract.
