She’s trying to make him look good. No attorney would take the case for free. Maybe he can get a job and pay for an attorney.

This incident became public and an issue as her brother and friends made it an issue. She let it go.

If you embarrass yourself in public with your bad deeds, who can you sue?

In the us and ny, you can sue anyone you want.

Specifically who would this boy sue and for what?

If he got a snack maybe tgat bike was briefly unattended and he can running when she tried to rent it. Either way citibike needs to put a stop to these folks dominating the e-bike for hours and just let them have regular bikes.

He’s claiming emotional trauma.

And apparently a huge cry baby. Wah! She took a bike that didn't even belong to me. Mommy help, I created a big stink and can't fix it! Is he old enough to even rent these bikes?

+1.

A whole ass family of crybabies, beloved by WOC trolls who can’t get a grip on their own embarrassment over being stupid.

She’s not making him look good by using words she clearly doesn’t know the meaning of. Impaled?!?

She makes her money by screaming racism and finding the bad in people of other races. She is a true racist. She has no other major story so she’s using this young man and woman as her money maker not caring that’s she’s destroying both of them. She did not think of the consequences of that young man either when she continues her attack. His name only came out because of her. He should have privately apologized as should she and let it go. It was an incident that should not have happened. I would not call it a misunderstanding but it was a silly exchange and he should not have denied the woman a bike and should have rented another bike and found a different new bike. Part of their ride is about finding the new e-bikes.

She’s young and not getting any guidance. I can give her a bit of a break but she’s making herself look bad which may hurt her in the future.

It’s interesting no attorney will take his case for free.

It’s interesting he is screaming being poor but bike rides 4-5 hours a day. Why not get a job to help out?

It’s interesting all the hateful things they say about her and how she ruined his life but she did no such thing. The boys-men recorded that video and put it out there. She did nothing and did not call the police and let it go.

It’s interesting they are saying no one wanted their story but they were free to contact media and speak out.

I think that story is reasonably accurate. It sounds like the other bikes available were not e-bikes or newer which she wanted to get h home from work, which should have been a priority over joyrides for hours. I don’t think he’s lying nor she. I think it’s terrible he refused a pregnant lady who came off a 12 hour shift a bike and if that was my son I’d be pissed as if he’s joyriding he can use a regular bike but if he had that much free time to regularly take joyrides he can get a job or volunteer.

He cannot play victim when no one would have known this happened if he or his friends did not put the video out there.

No one was after him. No one knew who he was. They sent a racist mob after her.

What case? He’s not being prosecuted and he has no one to sue.

For the media and to guide him. He may have a case if she sues him but she probably would not bother.

In theory he should be prosecuted for grabbing the bike with her on it but reality is it would take years in the court system and a huge waste of money.

Lawyers aren’t comms professionals.

I guess this family should worry about when their names are googled and people see what kind of shenanigans they've been up to. Wasn't that the lesson supposed to be for the PA? What comes around goes around.

At the end of the day, he and his friends brought this on themselves. One of them filmed it and one of them posted it online.

The Monique et al. mob went after Comrie first with the stuff about her weaponizing her stress and trying to get him killed. The mob doxxed and threatened her. Did the boy and his mom push back on that?

They're just unhappy the PA eventually got her story out. I'll admit the RW racists are having a field day with this, and that's wrong. But it's their own fault that plenty of reasonable people are also appalled at what happened to the Comrie.

She’s dumb and lives in a culture - by which I mean our current American culture, not her particular part of the city - where she thinks being extra in telling her little stories gives her gravitas. This is what happens when undereducated WOC get smoke blown up them from young ages that they are fearless truth-tellers and “wise” even when they’re lying, telling incomplete tales, and don’t actually GAF about formal schooling or being productive.

That’s not a cause of action, but infliction of emotional distress can be (either intentional or negligent). But since Comrie has been very careful to treat him with kid gloves I’m not surprised anyone has tried to get him to bring a case.

Anonymous wrote:The whole "weaponizing white women's tears" and "white women aren't allowed to call for help" thing takes a hit with this. The guys in the video were clearly mocking her, calling her baby r***d, and they even admit to (a) not having the e-bike checked out when she got on it, (b) hoarding a rare e-bike, and (c) pushing the e-bike back into the dock with her on it.

Sure, not everybody wants to understand these behaviors were wrong. But some will certainly see that she felt threatened and had as much right to the e-bike as they did.

The PA is the one who instigated the whole situation. She has no one to blame but herself.

Sure, a pregnant woman coming off a 12-hour shift has absolutely no right to claim an e-bike nobody was using (and her lawyer says nobody was near the bike).

He was in possession of the bike.

Snort. Yeah, in his mind, maybe.

If he has a case against anybody, it's against Monique for weaponizing his video to screech about white women's tears and Emmet Till, which is what brought him so rudely into the public eye. Then again, he didn't tell Monique to can it.
