Maybe you are seeing what is portrayed to you?

What other ways are there to portray it? The best complaint I've seen from team MAGA so far is "Melania's drawers are in complete disarray". Just as any idiot could have predicted Jan 6 - I did - any idiot can understand the words that came out of George Conway's mouth in the clip above. He did it, and they've got him.

It’s crimes all the way down!

Shouldn’t his lawyers ask to be excused at this point? Don’t they have conflicts now because it appears they also engaged in obstruction? Is there anyone around him who doesn’t have criminal exposure at this point??

Wow is all I can say.

Please name one thing Trump's lawyers have done right.

And again, the point is missed. How would I know and how would you know? Your media sources? Mine? I have made no decisions yet.

Take all the time you need. I've given up on people like you. I'm sure you have a mind like a steel trap, just like Trump.

Meanwhile, this is really the only thread I'm checking on this forum.

Trump took two weeks to tell DOJ to stop reviewing the materials. Just that is flat incompetence. Michael Cohen was a terrible lawyer and even he filed for a TRO etc. as soon as his ish was searched. I’m not even a lawyer but some stuff is just plain common sense.

DP

Have you not been hearing reactions from lawyers who have been following this, who have read all the materials submitted by DOJ and Trump's lawyers, and analyzed their actions? My spouse is a lawyer and has been incredulous at how incompetent Trump's lawyers are. Many, many other lawyers are saying the same thing - just look on twitter for reactions. This is not about spin from the media. This is looking at the original sources and actions and judging from that.

I think DOJ had an obligation before filing that brief last night to inform Trump's lawyers that they're in legal jeopardy or at the very least, material witnesses. That's why the new guy - who appears to be a good lawyer - was announced yesterday.

DOJ says it's more than happy to unseal the detailed receipt from the search, just give the word, Judge.

No - i read the DoJ filing. Based on just logic and following a well laid out argument, one is done much better than the other. You can follow what they are saying and they have the evidence to back it up.

If only there was primary source information available via links in this very thread.

Ah. Got it. The new guy may decide he doesn’t want this case now. Yikes.

Can you explain to me how this is important? Are they basically calling Trump's bluff? As in, Trump doesn't REALLY want the details of what he was holding released, right?

Also the RNC isn’t paying, so who knows if Trump will pay him.

Will he have to get a court appointed lawyer if no one will take the case? I can’t imagine wanting to take the case given he’s shown himself willing to lie to his lawyers and potentially land them in jail.
