My 11 yr old doesn't.
My 9 yr old does. I will always believe in Santa so I'm not about to voluntarily ruin it. What about your kids?
|
| 7 and 5. |

Kids are 23, 19, 18, 17, and 10.
None will admit that they don't believe. Santa still comes to our house. |
That makes me smile! And it gives me some hope for my 7 and 9 year olds who still believe

| 5 believes |

This is a great letter to give to a child if they explicitly ask:

| 6 yo believes, 8 yo flat out asked me and I couldn't lie. But she is pretending this year |
Same here (11 year old "knows" but isn't spilling the beans to my almost 9 year old who desperately believes...) though I'm pretty sure this will be the last year. |
10 is understandable...but 17-23? |
Same here. |
| 9 and 7, but I don't think the 9-year-old really believes. She's just not rocking the boat. |
Not pp, but person who wrote "same here" - its like don't ask don't tell. Get it? We still do the routine, everybody knows, but its just fun. |
|
Mine is 10 and still believes.
In my family if my sister and I told our parents we did not believe in Santa we would never get another present again. |
|
This is the first year that DS does not believe, though he is not announcing this (I can just tell). We'll just all play along like PPs suggest -- I like that idea, don't ask / don't tell.
DS is 9.5 and I'm certain he believed last year when he was 8.5. |
| Mine is 10 and still believes, even though most of her friends are telling her it's a sham. |
