At this point who cares about his multiple Dx. He’s just another perverted thug with money. Jane made it fairly clear that he’s a latent homosexual. The women he abused were treated as disposables. His pattern seems to be luring them in with gifts, money, and homes. Then, monogamous sex with him which quickly moves onto the freak shows.

Was there any abuse of the male prostitutes? I think the only one was an employee/witness defending Ventura, not any of the freak of dudes.

Let him work out his perversions behind bars. He’ll spend his time responding to letters from the afflicted hybristophilias. He’ll manipulate them into writing sexual letters, and he’ll have a new version of kink to whack off on.

Eventually, he’ll claim he’s found the Lord and write a book.

I don't think there was any luring. There is a type that was looking for someone with money regardless of looks or abuse or anything else wrong. These type of woman are a type of woman that he dated which was easily agreeable as long as cash was involved. So basically gold diggers all of them.

Incorrect. Many of these women worked for him or were on his label.

What a horrible man. Paying for these "victims" rent.

I cant wait for this case to be dismissed.

The case is bullshit

All of these women arent the brightest tools in the box. They let a man without a gun or knife coax them into sex with multiple men back to back. They did it for perks like paid rent, fancy vacations, designer goods. It's called finding a sugar daddy. It's not a RICO case.

I can't even imagine the faces I'd be making hearing some of this testimony!

There are 5 charges against Diddy. Two of those are two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. The first count is based primarily on Cassie's allegations. Cassie testified to physical abuse (force/violence), emotional manipulation and threats (fraud/coercion), and her involvement in sexual events under duress.

The second count is based on Jane's testimony. Jane testified to an argument with Diddy that led to him beating her, including putting her in a chokehold, punching her in the head, kicking her repeatedly as she lay in the fetal position, and then forcing her to take ecstasy, put on lingerie, and have sex with a male escort. That sequence: assault and then forced sexual activity, is a textbook example of sex trafficking by force. The drugging, manipulation, and financial threats that she testified to are the fraud/coercion elements of the sex trafficking charge.

Diddy is also charged with two counts of transportation for prostitution; these are both based on Cassie and Jane. Diddy arranged and funded travel for Cassie and Jane with the intent that they engage in sexual acts.

Then there is the RICO charge. It uses the other charges to help prove a larger criminal enterprise existed, but each of those charges can stand on its own. Specific to the RICO charge was Kid Cudi's testimony (arson and exortion), Eddie Garcia, the hotel security guard that diddy paid to have the tape of him beating Cassie (bribery and obstruction of justice), and then both Cassie and Jane (sex trafficking and forced prostitution).

I hope this helps explain the charges. The prosecution investigated Diddy for over a year before bringing these charges; they believe they have the evidence to prove each of them. So far, they have been doing a really good job. But Diddy has great lawyers, so we will see what happens once his team gets a chance to call witnesses.

Wow. Team Jane!

'Jane' and lawyer exchange heated words over handbags

"Jane" and defense lawyer Teny Geragos exchanged some pointed words about handbags and sex during cross-examination.

Geragos insinuated that the witness was consensually having sex with other men and gladly accepting designer bags.

"No, I got trauma," Jane responded after Geragos questioned if she didn't get anything.

The defense lawyer also asked the witness if she knew what a Bottega bag was, and Jane responded: "I'm sure you have one."

Geragos also asked how much a Bottega bag costs, to which Jane responded, "How much does my body cost?"

Jane asked for a break shortly after the exchange.

Jane’s answers were stealth level. Strategic time for her to request a break. To me it feels like the Judge wanted her last words to be remembered first. The jury was dismissed for the day about 30 minutes later.

Turns out that is not what happened, but there is something going on behind the scenes. The prosecution has asked for juror 6 to be removed and the defense has said they do not agree. The judge responded - everyone will be heard. Whatever that means… So for now, the juror is still there. Maybe we will hear more about this tomorrow.

The government is seeking to remove one of the jurors, who the defense claims is among the panel’s Black members.

It’s not clear exactly what’s driving the prosecution’s bid, aside from “lack of candor,” to seek the juror’s removal.

“We were very reluctant to put in this letter, it appeared to be a lack of candor with the court that raises serious issues with us,” lead prosecutor Maurene Comey told the court on Wednesday. “We did not want to do this. We were compelled to do that.”

The issue was brought up outside the presence of jurors on Tuesday and defense lawyer Alexandra Shapiro said her side is opposed to removing Juror No. 6, who is Black, and wants a chance to respond to the prosecution’s request.

“But if the government is going to put in a letter, you know, we’d like the opportunity to be heard either in writing or tomorrow morning,” according to a transcript of Shapiro’s discussion with the judge and government on Tuesday.
