So didn't Bradley already testify to the direct opposite of this? I thought they were friends and that's how she first found out from him about the "affair". Wowie she has burned him. Not friends anymore.

And not sure how this looks credible with Bradley's sworn testimony already on the books. He said, she said. Who to believe?

That's pretty simple.
His sworn testimony was evasive..... and that is being kind. His claim was that he was "speculating."
His texts were pretty definitive. And, then we have one person who testified at the hearing that agreed with Bradley's texts AND we have at least 2 more witnesses willing to testify that Bradley told them the same thing he told Merchant in his texts.
Seems as if Willis and Wade are guilty of many of the same things they are attempting to prosecute others for.
