I'm stumped. He is a bit geeky, not very athletic, very interested in lots of things, an avid reader, dabbles in computers.
What are you getting for your sons? |
|
I was seriously about to post the same-
I've got him a set of canera lenses for the iphone(he likes photography), fleece sheets, a sled (from modells-it looks fast). Also a coat (woo hoo!) Will get gift cards for food around school ( panera, chipotleetc). Kind of stumped though. |
|
Doesn't he give you a wish list? My kids give me a list of things they'd like, links, and prices. Of course, I always buy some surprises, but if they didn't give me ideas, I'd be stumped, too.
|
He says he has everything he wants. This is great, of course - but doesn't help me with gift ideas.
I know he'd love a laptop, but screen-time is a constant battle so I'd rather not go there. |
| I'd go with a hooker. He'll thank you. |
|
North Face jacket
sweater running stuff 16 YO. Hard to think of what else to get - he acknowleges that he doesn't need anything. He's not into games, never touches the xbox, has macbook and iphone 5 already. |
| The .270 Winchester deer rifle he's been wanting along with silver wire for the chain mail jewelry he makes and a puppy to keep him company. |
|
My 15 yo is getting a weight bench, a northface fleece (he hates wearing a jacket), some accessories (headphones, etc) for the computer he got for his birthday, books, and a video game.
He would like his cell phone upgraded, but are waiting for that. He hasn't really asked for anything, but is athletic and likes computers and history. |
| My friend has a 15 year old step son, and I have a 15 year old nephew. We both got them the same gift, Beatz by Dre Solo HD Headphones. |
| My son wants a pair of cool sneakers and some headphones. |
|
I'm getting my nephew who sounds similar to your son a tee shirt from threadless:
http://beta.threadless.com/product/428/Everyone_Poops it matches his sense of humor |
| A car. |
| Mine has asked for approximately $650 worth of stuff. Trying to winnow that down to a reasonable amount. Probably Madden '13, Halo 4, a pair of Nikes, and some assorted stocking stuff. |
|
If he loves to read, how about a Kindle Fire? A phone: Samsung Galaxy or iPhone.
Cash always works good for teens too. Do different gift cards to places he likes to add up to your total. |
| An electric guitar, he is into music now |
