Can you call Chet Hanks and help him reconsider all of his choices? Besos.

Do any of you (DCUM) parents feel a little sad for the children, that they are dealing with a disaster (regardless if she caused it or not) during their holiday, trapped inside during a pandemic with no way to be shielded from this? Imagine the confusion or fear listening or feeling the angst from their mom and dad. This thread went from fun to savage.

It’s sad that their parents won’t just turn off their phones and be with them.

Pot. Kettle.

I agree.

My kids are grown and out of the house, but nice try.

+1 If these posters on here are as successful and smart as they claim to be, this is scary. Really scary. We have regressed into this awful social media frenzied society.

Guys, let’s not forget how poor Hilaria is constantly being mistaken for a nanny. In her own words she gets lots of nanny job offers because her children are all blonde and she is NOT.

His wife’s grift was more important!

That Howard Stern Show clip of Alec is so cringe.

My husband turned to me this morning and asked did you hear about Hilary? He saw it on his news feed.

For years I have been mentioning this to him. Anytime someone brings up the baldwin's or one of her IG posts it always leads back to wasn't she your yoga teacher? Yes I guess she was but back then she was Hilary and had no accent so idk.

I felt some threads of truth in her IG video. She is insecure. She battled eating disorders through college, dating in nyc, and she probably did this to fill some void and it went too far. Way too far.

While I am here for the truth to come out - as a poc it blows my mind. I will say she really was the sweetest girl back then. I had a bad day once and started crying in yoga class and she stopped teaching for a min to hug me and make sure I was okay. She followed up with me after class and it was genuine. She was kind and a hell of a yoga teacher.

If anyone here is relaying info to Hilary. I hope she finds that happiness again. You were a great person. No need to be someone else. Be you, a kind genuine, talented teacher. Drop the celebrity and fame thing and go back to being Hilary. I promise you impacted way more ppl at yttp and vida than you do now.

The bar has been set very low, unconscionably low.

This is what gets me about her. By all accounts she is a genuinely nice person and appears to be a loving mom. Why not just be who you are, even if that’s someone who loves Spain and Spanish culture and the language? That’s all fine if you like it! You don’t have to pretend to be from there. Just be you.

Not blonde AND she speaks Spanish!

That is for her and Alec and her psychiatrist to figure out, not us.

Thank you! How hard would it be to say, “my name is Hilary and I had the great fortune of spending a lot of time in Spain growing up. I have a deep appreciation for Spanish culture and food and look forward to sharing that with my children.”

Someone earlier said that if Hilary had just said that as a child she vacationed frequently in Spain and fell in love with the culture, we all might think it's kind of odd, but would have accepted it.
