If you are gluten free

Do you have separate cutting boards for gluten and non-gluten items? Family member will not eat non-gluten items unless prepared with separate cookware, and trying to figure out how to accommodate.

No we don't. But we dishwasher everything well between uses. We keep our grill GF and we have one pan used mostly for eggs, and have a GF toaster oven.

At the very least you need to throughly clean to avoid cross contamination. Cross contamination can make the really sensitive (especially those with Celiacs) really really sick.

I suggest you put gluten free items on a separate serving surface then everything else and use separate utensils.

Items like toasters and toaster ovens should be separate because of the crumb issue.

We cook the entire Thanksgiving meal gluten free and nobody complains.

We have separate GF cutting boards b/c gluten can get in the cuts made by the knife and would be very hard to get out. This is the recommendation made by medical professionals. Its easy and better to be safe than sorry. It's about more than just the person feeling (or not feeling sick-because some people don't actually feel ill) but, about the long term damage to the small intestine and increased risk of other more serious illnesses.

Plastic cutting boards with different color handles are pretty easy and pretty cheap at Costco.

10:52 again I forgot to say the big one - do NOT put stuffing in the turkey unless the stuffing is gluten free (made with gluten free bread, we use Udi's). If there is stuffing in the turkey your guest won't be able to eat the turkey.
