The latest inflation reports are built on only 3 data points! It’s missing many categories altogether including electricity and shelter. MAGA is so completely illiterate and innumerate that they don’t know the difference. |

It alsoLeaves out food from Home, food away from home, apparel. Medical services etc. Gasoline is included and we know it’s down. In other words, in a report that maga is cheering, there are 3 data points. One of those is gasoline which we know is down. So gas is bringing it down because all these other data points are zero but inflation still Remains above target inflation. Celebrate all you want MAGA but the emperor has no clothes here. |

It won't matter at the ballot box. The trends of 2025 will continue. Many people who won't want to vote for a Dem won't bother to vote for a GOP candidate. They'll be so pissed at the state of their finances that they just won't vote at all. And plenty WILL vote for change of any sort. People vote with their feelings. |
