If it is the same poster, I know it's not the classic definition of sockpuppeting (answering oneself as if one were a different person), but the repeated, pointless insults are really beyond the pale, even for this forum.

In the case of the first thread, those posts are by the same poster, but it is the OP of an "ask me anything" thread. Obviously there is nothing untoward with that. The posts in the second thread have no connection to the poster in the first thread.

What are you talking about? The OP of the 8 child thread has been nothing but gracious, especially with the weird grammar poster.
