They piled out of their car and pointed their pistols at her. For following them. They probably were hoping she'd move her car an inch so they could shoot her

The video is ridiculous. They raise their guns literally within 1 second of jumping out.

So many trigger happy goons roaming this country. No training. No policy. No procedures.

Told by their bosses to disregard the law.

This is unacceptable. I’ve lived all around the world and I have never seen such trigger happy police. There should be strict standards governing when ICE is allowed to take out guns and point them at civilians.

Here’s the video.

This is stupid. While you can video police in public places- you have to stay a safe distance away and not interfere. Following them is a gray area and risky. If someone was following you for an extended time, you’d probably call the police, right? It’s threatening and suspicious behavior to be following someone in your car, especially law enforcement/federal agents, and can be considered interference or intimidation. They can absolutely pull you over and get you out and question/detain you for that. Don’t believe it- Go try and follow any other law enforcement officer around while they are on duty and see what happens.

I noticed you neglected to discuss how they all had weapons drawn at her.

Because she could have attacked them and tin them over she's not following the order to get our if the car and obstructing

Not a lawful order.

Yes it is, you must follow orders by federal law enforcement for detainment.

Properly identified and announced law enforcement. Not unidentified people wearing masks and pointing guns at you.

They don't have to identify themselves to vigilantes that aren't even being arrested.

I’m sure that the first time someone shoots an agent in the face in self defense (and is eventually found not guilty) you’ll be like, well, it’s the price they pay to hide their identifies….?

If they were professionals that wanted to avoid violence they would identify. This is why the democrats want to make sure additional funding is contingent on accountability, for the safety of the agents and the rest of America.

If they don't identify themselves then they aren't law enforcement, do not have the power to arrest anyone, and by definition are the vigilantes.

Let's break it out you seem to be slow on the up take.

Agent is arresting illegal alien, illegal alien can ask for documentation.

Agent has no obligation to you or anyone else not being arrested.

Seriously. In what functioning democracy do you expect citizens to follow the orders of masked and unidentified goons? How would a citizen know they were dealing with an ICE agent?

Lmao, catch up, sport.

So you not see what is happening out there? What ICE is doing in practice?

I’m saying that if they break into a house or attack more innocent bystanders (both of which they seem to do whenever they want), there is going to be an incident, and no reasonable court of law would find a person guilty of defending themselves.

I understand that you are a bootlicking government simp, but try to check in with what is happening here in reality.

The job works program for unemployed pedophile warriors is reaching the end of the line. The gravy train and will soon end and they’ll have to go back to beating their wives at home.

Just heard an interview with Alex pleckish (sp?) leader of the Republican Party in Minnesota. Dude is completely clueless. I don’t know if he was in a come for two weeks? Or the republicans are unable to read the news or understand anything over 3rd grade English?
Very concerning.

I think ice isn't needed as long as local police turn in illegals being arrested for other crimes and trying to get public services or schools

Saying it doesn’t make it so. Facts and circumstances matter. Immunity is narrow and nuanced. Calling it absolute immunity is misleading.

That's PP's point. Vance directly helped enable and instigate this.
