It’s perforated on both sides. MCPS often uses them.

PHS last year was window envelopes for both acceptance and waitpool. Different colored paper (green or yellow) behind white cover letter. I forget which color was which. But it was the same for RMIB waitpool.

From posts in this thread, it doesn’t seem like anyone has reported a window envelope. Then again, does anyone have any mail from Poolesville?

MCPS Rip and Poolesville Window Envelope coming. Daughter only applied to Poolesville options.

That is the fun part of this process --- only last for one day and comes once a year !!!!

There are ~4 pages of posts discussing possible mail type.

In the good ole days, we used to just have to wait until the mail arrived and then actually open it to find out...
