Is a DC thing maby. My 3 year old got beaten by a teacher on a private school. |
we are giving up a K spot at lee, so you’re close! |
Or when they let a stranger check the wrong kid out of aftercare, amd he brought the kid back an hour later? |
Thank you! Where are you headed? |
In boundary school WOTP. Lee has been great to us though. |
Isn't it along a major commuter route? Unless you live in Anacostia how can the commute not be brutal? (With the possible exception of the East end of the expanded definition of Capitol Hill) |
Do you think you would still have been happy there for grades K and up? Do those grades seem as strong as the PK3 and PK4? |
NP here. The elementary classes at Lee are the hidden gems. |
Another NP here, completely agree. But PP, if you think you might bail for K don't take the spot. We need families who are committed to the school and your child won't get much benefit from two years at Montessori. |
PK4 TR 4th #18. What does Swami think? |
God forbid! Anacostia?!?!?! People actually live EOTR? Shocker?!?!?! |
If you do live in anacostia the commute to DC Bilingual is brutal. |
Thoughts on PK 4 #21 Dorothy I Height and #16 Miner? |
Original number or current number? I know the family with the #2 spot got called immediately on May 2nd and declined, so the list definitely is moving some. |
Has anyone's (low-ish) numbers for ITS moved at all? DS's number thats quite high for PK has moved, possibly due to people ahead of her accepting other schools, but DS #2's spot for 3rd hasn't moved at all, which I find odd. His number is much better and I would have expected it to go up or down a little as the other schools on our list have. |
