Read those emails. Don Jr is practically salivating at the chance to get dirt from the Russian government. And he's dragging in Kuschner and Manafort too on a moment's notice, and offering to meet that very day with the Russian.
And not once in any of those emails is "adoption" mentioned. Shows that Trumps were all focused on conspiring to get dirt. If they didn't get it from this lawyer, they definitely got it from other sources. Let's get ALL Trump emails in the hands of Bob Mueller and the federal investigators. Then we'll see what's what. |

Wait, are you dismissing Trump's statements about no contacts with Russia, I don't know the Russians, We haven't any dealing with Russia. Trump is pictured with all of the players from 2013 who were involved with the meeting now being reported by the NY Times from June 9, 2016. Yes, the photo is from 2013, but it shows the long standing relationships, that Goldstone and this Russian attorney with long ties to the Kremlin, could pick up the phone and meet with Jr, Manafort and Kushner at the drop of a hat. And then, later that afternoon, Trump tweets out his first reference to the 30,000 emails. A few days later, the Alfa server activity goes from relatively dormant to highly active. I am going to assume Muller has this meeting on tape since the attorney was being surveilled. But really, we are not so naive. |

For starters, he's trying to water down the Russian sanctions bill recently passed by the Senate. But this, along with many other stories, is old news. More recently, I just watched Ted Cruz confirm that Russia is an adversary, but deflect when asked if Trump is treating them like an adversary. The biggest dangers to democracy are the people who put party over country, and man over law. |

The emails are pretty specific in suggesting that the Russian Government Attorney has documents and information damaging to the Clinton campaign. Don Jr sets up the meeting with Kushner and Manafort. ????? later that afternoon, Donald sr. tweets about 30,000 emails. A few days later, the Alfa server goes crazy. A few days later, Trump gives his speech inviting the Russians to share the emails. A few days later, Trump changes the Ukraine policy in the GOP platform. THE ONLY CHANGE HIS CAMPAIGN MADE. It is pretty obvious what the ??? above represents, but Donny hasn't 'fess up to it yet. But since the attorney was being monitored by the IC, it is likely Mueller knows. I would also submit that the gang of 8 has known about this since well before the election. So that means, the GOP leadership has absolutely known about this and has gone along with the election results, the supreme court appointee and everything else. Shameful. |
