Oh, dear. Lots of kids in my neighborhood are screwed.

Which is why I refuse to diet. Happy with my size four.

I'd rather be powerless than a size4.

I don't like skinny women. Lack of curves and boniness is not sexy!

Oh well nothing I can do about it!

You can gain some weight.

Or muscle tone

I think abortion should be illegal. There is ALWAYS another option. It may not be one you like, but there's a human life at stake, so suck it up.

I am so tired of identity politics. I think everyone who engages in it is a narcissist. This goes double for LGBT identity politics. Shut the fuck up already. I don't care who you have sex with, but stop making it your whole identity and some kind of crusade. There are other, more important issues in the world.

I think Lena Dunham is a hideous trollbeast attention whore with serious mental issues. I don't understand why anyone fawns all over her.

I agree with whoever said Johnny Depp is not hot. He looks like he needs ALL the showers and a massive dose of antibiotics. I also think Ryan Gosling is not cute.

"Face-to-face" should be hyphenated. Just thought you'd like to know.

Is it "is" important or "are" important?. Educate me.

I think Scots-Irish wonen are pasty and generally unattractive.

She corrected herself back when she first posted.

I think Michael Jackson built an amusement park in his yard to lure in innocent children, took advantage of them and then used money to pay for their silence.

I really don't begin to understand how he is still so revered or that it is remotely acceptable to play his music.

100 -200 years ago, most of the general population was illiterate. In fact, for most of human history, reading and writing was confined to the elite. That's how this concept of prescriptive grammar even came about.

Grammar and spelling are fluid. They change and adapt.

No, we won't be reduced to grunts and pointing. We'll just spell a few words differently than we do now, and some of the archaic grammar rules (that never really made sense anyway) will go away and new ones will take their place.

So relax. It's going to be okay. Social media won't kill language or grammar. It will make people into annoying narcissistic posers constantly in search of an audience. But we'll still be communicating

Yeah, I'm sure you broads will all race each other to sign up for the draft when WW3 breaks out.

I feel the same way about pregnancy and the cult of motherhood. It's voluntary, you don't deserve any accolades.

I don't get this one. So, you think being a mother is nbd? Yes, thank god most of us voluntarily choose to be mothers.

I don't think society should fawn all over pregnant women, but if it weren't for pregnant women, this world would die out in a hurry.

As it stands, population growth is too high. At the rate we're going, the world is going to die out because of *too many* humans, not too few.

If motherhood and pregnancy weren't fetishized (sp?) and worshiped, then perhaps the rate of population growth would decrease a little. Some women would still have kids, and perhaps the ones who still decided to have them would actually be having them for the right reasons.

Society not only fawns all over pregnancy and motherhood, but it makes it VERY difficult for a woman to not choose that path and still be respected as a woman. That's a problem.

I think anyone who gets worked up over "microaggressions" needs to spend some time in a country where actual aggression towards the "other" is the norm.

+1 And I actually suspect there are some married moms who are secretly envious of single, childless women (not all moms, just a few.) But on a more serious note, I don't understand why it's so hard to comprehend that different women might want and enjoy different things.

I'm married, but it took a lot for me to take that step because, honestly, I LOVED living alone, LOVED it. And sometimes I really, really, really miss it (and yes, I love my husband).
