The shooter opposed ICE (he followed a trend started by Luigi Mangionii in writing his motive right on the bullets).

It makes perfect sense he shot up an ICE facility because he opposed ICE.

Just because YOU do not want it to make sense does not mean it doesn’t make sense.

I never said anything about letting anyone off the hook. I said the motivations of a crazy person will never make sense. No one whose brain is working goes out and murders a bunch of people they don't know. You can wrap yourself into a pretzel trying to blame this on one side or the other, but the reality is that these are not actions that make sense.

My understanding is that he shot at a van that contained detainees. He wouldn’t have known who he was hitting.
