Pictures last year showed J&N partying with her friends. They were all in their 20’s-30’s except for Justin. Pictures of the next day showed her happy and well rested. He looked exhausted. It will be a Charles and Diane situation. Nicole will want to go out and party with her friends and Justin will be too tired to go and stay home with the baby. Eventually he’ll want to go party with his friends which will be a much slower pace than Nicole’s partying.

30s is not that young though. She should be outgrowing all night partying soon.

Doesn’t she come from a lot of money? She should have just done donor sperm and not take a risk with his aging sperm if that was the plan.

I think she’s dumb and thinks this will work out. I feel sorry for her. But yes financially she will be fine.

I agree they won't last but I don't actually think he's that wealthy. Child support payments over 18 years might supplement her acting income nicely (presuming her career continues to go well, but she's rather plain and really nothing special as an actress) but won't exactly permit a life of luxury. Guarantee she signed an ungenerous prenup.

He has 10’s of millions vs Jen who has 100’s of millions. He’s wealthy. His family also wealthy. The schools he went to were expensive.

There is no evidence he has tens of millions. His highest paying role was the Leftovers. The bulk of his roles are supporting. His apartment was cheap when he bought it many years ago and he decorated it with junk until Jen A paid to renovate it. I think his dad was a corporate lawyer and he may have a modest trust but he is not uber wealthy. I’d put his net worth at $10m max, but likely lower.

+1 No way he's worth $40 million. How?

DP but if he wasn't stupid with his money, it wouldn't be that hard. He's been working consistently since like 2005 or 2006. He's had lead or supporting roles in 4 TV series in the last three years (33 episodes of 4 different series). Even if he's only making like 60k per episode, that's nearly 2 million on TV shows alone. Plus two movies -- a largish (non-lead) role in the Beetlejuice sequel (that would be good movie, they spent about 100m making it), plus a little indie movie out this year. And then some small guest roles on two other shows. So that's like 3 million over the last 3 years.

Oh and he's got a role in the upcoming Devil Wears Prada sequel, that's another good paycheck even if it's a small role.

And that's not even getting to the 75k/episode for Leftovers or any of his work pre-2023, which included one of the Star Wars sequels and a Lego movie.

He was with Aniston from 2011 to 2018ish, he probably didn't spend much money on his lifestyle during that time because she's so wealthy.

So if he banked his Leftovers money while he was with Jen, made some smart investments, owns his real estate outright, and has a good tax guy, totally plausible he's worth 10m or more. I would also assume he takes lots of advantage of the free clothes and "celebrity discounts" he gets for agreeing to do things like have his wedding featured in Vogue. Marrying a young actress who is currently on two hit shows and then having a baby with her that they will definitely parade around for the paparazzi helps with that too.

Or maybe he's stupid or has a drug problem and has nothing. But he'd have to work at it. He will never have Jen's money (Friends set her up for life and she's very intelligently grown it from there) but he's rich.

It appears you are grossly overestimating how much not A list actors get paid per episode.

There were only 28 episodes of the leftovers, and at his peak contract he made 75,000 an episode. That means maybe in the last two seasons he made 750,000 a season. He likely made half that the first two season. And that was by far his best earning show.

He’s made some as a producer, but he’s just not that big of a celebrity and I do not think being the great grandson of a rich guy gets you this kind of money in 2026.

You act like he hasn't worked since Leftovers when he's actually worked a lot.

No, I don't think I am. A nobody in an ensemble show will make 20k an episode on a streaming show. Theroux is not a nobody. A-listers on hit shows can make 200k or more. I estimated 60k, for shows where he is in a lead role. That's conservative.

Also, he's only had one lead role post-Leftovers, in an unsuccessful show. During which time he dated the teen who played his daughter (ewww).

No, I don't think I am. A nobody in an ensemble show will make 20k an episode on a streaming show. Theroux is not a nobody. A-listers on hit shows can make 200k or more. I estimated 60k, for shows where he is in a lead role. That's conservative.

You have way too many zeros in your estimates.

TV shows follow equity rules.

He is not enough of a star to make what you think he is making.

Justin Theroux does not make union minimum, sorry. These are ranges for what an actor with no celebrity whatsoever can expect for a guest role on Law & Order, or their very first recurring TV role. He's not some huge A-list actor, correct. But he makes more than union minimum. He's a recognizable face and name with a long track record.

He also has big budget writing credits -- Tropic Thunder, Iron Man 2, Zoolander 2. Some of these will carry residuals, as will his work in David Lynch movies early in his career, stuff like the Girl on the Train (the sort of movie that gets second life on basic cable).

Theroux is a celebrity. He's not George Clooney, he's not making Brad Pitt money. But he's not string together 3k per episode acting gigs to pay a mortgage. Unless he has a serious drug or gambling or spending problem, he has millions. Definitely over 10 million. Maybe considerably over.

Definitely not 19 pages, but Justin Theroux has a little cult following. He has "tortured soul" energy.

Correct that the only reason people are so invested in his marriage/personal life is because he's Aniston's ex.

Maybe ten years ago, when he had a brief window of hotness. But now, with his middle-aged "I'm still so cool" schtick? I'm skeptical.
