| For all the people who are saying it can’t be true because surely the parent would have called the police…do you not understand that there are some seriously sh*tty parents out there? If I had been that young girl I probably wouldn’t have said what happened to me at the party, because I had learned at a VERY young age that my parents were not safe people and would not protect me from harm. My mother, even knowing what had happened to me as a young child, wanted to invite my molester to my wedding because she didn’t want to hurt his wife’s feelings. When I told her as an adult what he done to me, the first words out of her mouth were “Well, he never would have tried that with me!”. Just because someone is parent doesn’t mean they love or care for their child. |

All of this. PLUS, you would be going to the police and going up against major industry moguls with a lot of clout. It would be a field day in the press. Maybe the parents didn't want their own dirty laundry coming out or had reason to fear the police. Also, the accused have had people killed. That's a lot. Even if you are a good parent with nothing to hide, you're likely dealing with a hysterical, traumatized child, maybe your first thought isn't to drive her to the police to describe the rape and have her put in stirrups for invasive testing. I can think of a bunch of reasons why something would be true but you wouldn't run to the police, especially with these complicating factors. |

The only thing that is strange is the timing in the complaint. Buzbee’s amended complaint takes out the 9:15pm limo pickup and that’s probably because award shows do not end at 9pm. They end at 11pm and after parties start after midnight. This woman is either lying or she’s off about the timing. She also mentioned the house was gated and had a U shaped driveway. There are pictures of Diddy and J Lo from that night and they went to a VMa after party at the Twirl nightclub in Manhattan and Jay Z was at a nightclub named Lotus. It’s not far fetched to assume the celebs popped by clubs before heading to another more private location for an after party…especially if sexual antics and rape were planned. |
