Nope! Stay away. We don’t need or want your kind. We have enough nonsense out of the ones who are already there. Go find a Catholic school or something.

-NCS mom who prays you stay away!

Is representative of the level of discourse and intelligence you find at NCS? Ouch. Not a good look.

We are way past the days of discourse and intelligence…so yeah, nah. I would prefer my girls not have to tolerate having discourse with people who support someone completely opposed to their existence and progression. PeriodT!

Change schools.

Why should I? It’s more effective to deter you Trumpers from coming. LOL

Acc to NCS parents upthread, this is not working for you. You should speak up and let everyone on the Close know how you feel.

We aren’t quite about our disdain of them admitting these families. I mean they stand in complete opposition of Episcopal values.

How do you express this disdain?

In response to their request for donation to the annual fund…

And all that expression has resulted in admissions for Trump supporters. Seems they still don’t agree with you.

You need NCS more than NCS needs you.

If you are Catholic Trump supporters, why would you go to NCS? Go to one of the Catholic schools.

sure, and why would a Black want to go to Georgetown when they can go a historically Black college like Howard? what happened to diversity and inclusion? there is something called diversity of ideas.

Leave Georgetown out of this. There is no comparing a Black person wanting to go to Georgetown and a Trumper wanting to go to an Episcopal school.

PP - it's not about Georgetown and I could have used any elite, well known school as an example. The point is that people shouldn't be unwelcome at a school based on their religion (Catholic) or their political ideology (Trump/conservative), but apparently the folks at NCS have a different opinion. Do you want to keep out Jews who support Israel too?

Why not? No Catholics allowed?

Catholics are allowed, but you describe yourself as a Trump supporter. NCS is a school that believes in supporting girls to be ambitious, smart, hard working, professionals, etc. Not your values. And the Catholic schools are cheaper.

Why do progressives feel the need to ascribe fake values to Trump and his supporters. Do you think that I am a Nazi and a fascist too? If you could see the level of accomplishment of my mother, my wife, my two daughters, and my two business partners, you would see just how much I value ambitious, smart, hard working professional women. But ignorant comments like yours are an example of why our family would not be happy at NCS, which is the school's loss, not ours.

You are hilarious and pathetic at the same time. My only goal is to deter more of you from applying. LOL

Support Israel, no. Ones that cheer the massacre of Palestinians, absolutely.

And in my book, that’s a WIN! Whew! Because yeah if you support Trump, you are absolutely ALL of those things. And my goal is deter you from stepping foot on The Close.

You must be pretty frustrated at how badly you are failing.

Far from failing, my dear. Very far. LOL.

So many Trump admin officials and Republican operative parents at the school… the close is the safest place for them.

More than half the country voted for Trump and the conservative ideas that he is implementing, and with the Biden fraud becoming known, that number will grow. if you daughter is not exposed to people who like Trump and his ideas in high school, how will she be prepared for the real world?

New poster. Actually in this area only 6 percent of DC voted for Trump. This is a very blue area as are most cities where well educated sophisticated and cultured people live. My kids won’t be living in Texas or Florida. They will most likely live in a city that is cultured and well educated and those cities tend to be blue (not a surprise). So your argument that they will be surrounded by Trump supporters is just wrong. Sorry.

You have achieved your goal of keeping my family off The Close (whatever that means), and let's call that a win/win for both of us. But here's the thing, you can shelter your daughter at a school like NCS that rejects all things Trump, but sooner or later she will live in the real world where Trump and his supporters won the electoral college, the popular vote, the House, the Senate, the Supreme Court, and the majority of states' governors. I wish her the best of luck with that.

You would be surprised how many well educated sophisticated people in all 50 states support Trump. We just don't talk about it because they don't want to deal with rudeness that modern liberals/progressive show to those with whom they disagree. I don't know when liberals crossed over from defining themselves as tolerant to being rigidly intolerant, but it has been an 180 degree turn. If you are raising your daughter to believe that she is so cultured and sophisticated that she can interacting with people whose ideology and values are different than hers (and NCS is reinforcing that message) you are not setting her up for success in life.

does everyone at NCS unqualifiedly condemn the massacre of Jews on October 7? I bet they don't.
