Also I’m thinking for security, like she can’t stay in a hotel. She might not want to stay at his place for longer than a night or two especially if she has to work and set up recording equipment and piano. If she rents she also can’t set up a recording room or like make security modifications. Like buying a house in Kansas is her hotel room to us poors.
