He’s clearly a serial cheater.

And she just let go and enjoyed being pursued. Older women often feel ignored by their longtime partners and need to feel desired. Serial cheater men are very good at pursuing women and bringing passion.

Their marriages were not thriving. Obviously. These two weren’t cut out for monogamy.

So which one will eventually be cut loose from GMA? I actually think both.

I think they're kind of stuck if they overlooked the first one. Now they'd have to get rid of Amy too, which I doubt they'll want to do. When this relationship crashes and burns, unless it's completely amicable, is probably when he'll be let go.
