Do you have a healthy recipe that's uses apples but that is not apple crisp?

If so please share. My family went apple picking and I would like to make a healthy apple cake or something besides apple crisp (which nobody seems to like at our house). Tia!

Crockpot applesauce. Peel and core apples, throw in crock pot, add cinnamon and vanilla. Set it and forget it. I make tons of it in hopes of freezing, but somehow it always gets consumed first.

Definitely applesauce--you can also just do it on the stovetop when you're around for a while.

I make an apple Dutch Baby that is really easy and pretty healthy

6 T butter
2 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 apples, sliced thin
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Powdered sugar

Melt butter in a cast iron pan (10" or so) and stir in cinnamon and sugar. Add apples and cook, stirring, about 5 minutes.

Put the pan, uncovered, in 425 degree oven while you mix the batter, about 5 minutes.

Mix eggs and flour until smooth. Add in milk. Pour batter over apples in pan. Bake, uncovered, until pancake is puffy and golden, about 15 minutes.

Let the pancake stand about 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and dust with powdered sugar.
