There you go, finally

If they had done this in the first place, you wouldn't have had these large protests. Miller using Gestapo tactics is what caused this mess, and Trump is a dumba$$ for continuing to hide behind Miller. Well, he's a dumba$$ for lots of reasons...

He probably should have been arrested that day, yes. But that's not related to his being disarmed and shot days later.

No”probably” about it. He would be alive today if he had been arrested then, as he should have been. ALL of these agitators should be arrested at first offense and carted off for processing and booking.

Most of them are standing, whistling, yelling, filming. You can't legitimately arrest them for that. The only difference is on Jan. 13 he kicked a car. That's what you'd arrest him for. That said, five ICE agents shouldn't have tackled him and broken his rib in response.

They should have cuffed him and take him in the ICE facility for a couple days to chill out. He would be alive today but no he wanted what he got.

No, ICE does not have the authority to detain citizens for chill out purposes or otherwise.

Yes, this is where local Minneapolis officials are failing. What he was doing was illegal and they were responsible. They don't have to enforce federal laws like immigration if they don't want to, but all other laws they are responsible for.

You still can’t murder people over hurt feelings.

First you didn't think it was illegal to cross the border, then you didn't think it was illegal to commit crimes in America, then you didn't think it was illegal to interfere with border agents trying to deport.

Is there some law you think should be upheld?

dp.. you still can't murder people because of hurt feelings.

I didn't read anywhere on here where people said it wasn't illegal to cross the border, or that it was not illegal to commit crimes in America. Can you show me that post?

BTW, you know Trump has committed several crimes in America, right?

Just sounds like faux rage to me.

Unfortunately this is true. This man’s own parents were worried about him. He hadn’t worked in months and had gone off the deep end with these leftist groups. He was probably suffering from mental illness.

Citation, or are you making this up?

Then what's the reason for the agents?

There are some questions I have about this video:
Who took it and how did it end up being made public only yesterday? Who did the person who took it provide it to first? Why was he not arrested then?

Then I saw this:

Why was Alex not arrested when his gun was clearly visible the first time and they had probable cause to arrest him?
They absolutely do gather information about protesters and observers (which is why they take pictures of them and access their motor vehicle records illicitly). It has been reported that the woman Marina Martinez in Chicago was identified them the day BEFORE she was shot (they had charged her but DOJ dropped the case).
They absolutely are doing undercover work where protesters are concerned.
How did the man in the gray jacket know exactly where to go for his gun, which he carried in the same place he had the week before?
Why did the other agent clap after the shooting?
Could this video actually establish intent?

This is false. He was currently employed.

Maybe ICE shouldn't be sticking their fingers where they don't belong.

Whether you like it or not that ICE are capturing and deporting illegal aliens, protesters are out of control. This is not a peaceful protest. It's 'insurrectiony'

I do think that it was a bad shot re: Pretti. I also can see how with all the whistles, screaming, pushing of ICE, etc, how they might be on a razor's edge. And that's how people get killed, sadly.

Stop making excuses.

Going after protesters isn't their job. And if they can't deal with a few protesters whistling and chanting without remaining professional instead of escalating, pepperspraying and SHOOTING people, then they aren't cut out for the job and need to resign or be fired.

Prior to Noem, ICE was able to do the job without escalation and behaving like a bunch of undisciplined, degenerate thugs.

There needs to be firings starting at the top until ICE is able to get its shit together.

Why did ICE Goon have his finger in a protester 's face? Sounds like he was deliberately provoking a peaceful protester.

At least 73% of those ICE has arrested/detained have no criminal record. They’re not going after criminals. They are just terrorizing people with brown and black skin. And also, many of those being detained right now in MN do have legal status in the US (many are asylum seekers). And one more thing: even if they were entering the country illegally, that is a CIVIL offense not a criminal offense.

What ICE is doing: violently abducting, harassing, stalking, brutalizing, racially profiling, and lynching/Murdering people in the streets—THAT is criminal

I. Don't. Care. Deport them all.

No, not true. But once we get the names of the cowardly ICE murderers I’m sure we will see lots of mental illness and rage problems in their background, like we did with Jonathan Ross.

I wonder what percentage of ICE agents have criminal backgrounds.
