You really think a random DCUM poster was with Diddy? Lol |
Not behind the realm of possibility. |
+1 That sick, disturbing culture is widespread. |
Today is day 10. Here is the link for court updates today.

I just saw Capricorn Clark walking into the courtroom. She is Diddy’s former assistant, who according to Kid Cudi, called Kudi and told him Diddy and someone else were in Kudi’s home and that she was forced to go with them. She’s going to drive home the rico charges. |
She’s testifying now about the kidnapping. Diddy’s lawyers have a loy of work to do, because this is even more damning than when Kid Cudi testified. |
I think Capricorn Clark is the real star witness Her testimony is super damaging. This is someone that worked for Diddy, was not in a relationship with him, and was around him a lot. She has corroborated everything and has also revealed even more horrible stuff that we didn’t know. |
My god, this man is a monster. |
Forget about Cassie, forget about Cassie's mother, etc. This is the most powerful testimony so far. |
From CNN: Sean “Diddy” Combs’ mother and sister are inside the courtroom today. After court recessed for a short break, Combs’ mother kissed defense lawyer Nicole Westmoreland on the cheek.
Combs’ sister Keisha, who has been a constant presence at the trial, is also present today. None of Combs’ children are in the courtroom. Combs’ mother was overheard saying she attended her granddaughters’ graduation and prom. During Capricorn Clark’s emotional testimony, she often patted her eyes with a tissue. She seemed to avert her eyes from Combs but as she was leaving the courtroom during the break, she looked over toward his direction, clenched her jaw and nodded. |
Cudi is lucking to be alive. |
*lucky |
Hearing how Capricorn Clark describes Diddy beating Cassie, she's lucky to be alive, too. And the threats he made to Capricorn Clark, and sometimes with a gun sitting on his lap, she, too, is lucky to be alive. |
They are on a lunch break, and afterwards, the defense will continue cross-examining Capricorn Clark. I was expecting the defense to really put the hammer on her, but so far, they haven't done too much. A couple of small things have come out during cross-examination, but nothing that damages her credibility, IMO. |
The prosecutors told the judge that they are ahead of schedule and expect to rest their case after 5 weeks instead of the expected 6 weeks. |
