She seems incapable of learning, she repeats the same mistakes over and over again. I don't think she takes in anything that doesn't fit her own world view, she seems very prideful and defensive as hell so she continues to just circle around and around, repeating the same pattern. I agree with PPs about JLo’s destructive behavior in relationships. I really want to like her but her kids were very close to ARod and his kids so this breakup is really tough on them. For her to just jet off with Ben Affleck is incredibly selfish. Her kids need their mom and some stability, instead she jumped right back into a relationship with an unhealthly ex.

I am not in need of your approval. What astonishes me is how ignorant young women are about the aging process. You can look like JLo on the outside, but ALL of your organs, your uterus, your bowels, your liver, your heart are going to age on the inside. They don't work as well after 45 as when you're 35 and you can start to tell. It doesn't matter how much money you have or how organic your food, or how many trainers are keeping your ass tight, they are not keeping your insides the same, your hormone levels are dropping, your libido is dropping. Honestly a health class wouldn't go amiss here.

I doubt her kids actually know their mom very well. They probably have all the support they need from the people who, you know, actually care for them day to day.

I agree with everything above, but I am not sure about a personality disorder- I just think she is not very smart. I met her a few times circa 1998-1999 before she wore "that" dress and went really mainstream and she just came across as both incredibly high maintenance and pretty dim-witted. I don't think she learns much at all and just seems emotionally stunted.

I am PP and you are probably right, but it doesn’t do her kids any favors when she posts videos of them crying post breakup for her millions of instagram followers. That alone with give her kids years of therapy.

I think you are right, (I wrote the passage above). Her father was also a scientologist for many years and I think she has absorbed and identifies with some of the innate omnipotence and grandiosity that are embedded in those teachings or were passed down perhaps by him. Agree she may be dim, similar to A Rod.
