I’m in Wyoming right now. Not much panic here that I’ve seen. |
Exactly. One example is pregnant women. |
This. I did public health in rural Appalachia in the early 90s. Quite a lot of smugness over being safe from certain diseases. Until they got in anyway and appropriate care was not accessible. |
Maybe he should have taken the antibiotics |
In the meantime in Nashville suburbs .. Tennessee.. they have on case unlike our three so far and bunch of MU students that are coming from Italy hopping about town.. Officials with Battle Ground Academy reported the patient as a parent of one of their students. The school will be closed the rest of the week aswell as the Williamson County School District. The health department said the patient has mild symptoms and sought care when he became slightly worse. Health officials said they're working on compiling a list of people that have come in contact with the family. They're also working to determine if he traveled through Nashville International Airport. The patient, identified as a 44-year-old man, is in Williamson County and is currently quarantined at home. The Tennessee Department of Health says the patient was on a nonstop flight to Boston before getting sick. while we hear noting in MoCo about the contacts of the known cases right?

Happy monkeys. I am sure the booz companies paid and designed the study and were pleased with the results.

PP, it is hard to see a panic when the next neighbor lives 100 miles away from you. Besides, the wolves and howling winds do not carry the virus as much through the wilderness as here in the seven layer cake urban areas where we are. We do not panic here but prepare as heck. Toilet paper is sticking out of most windows already and the walls are budging with supplies. You probably like most of the wilderness posters will hunt your next meal where we have only our pantry and perhaps a few skinny squirrels outside to rely on. |
Seriously! And right back at you... Many other counties and countries are closing the schools BECAUSE they MAKE LIFE HAPPEN... they decide to protect kids and families. |
Eh, funny thad dude will be dealing with heartless people like himself in few years when he she gets old..it is coming for him.. it is.. then he will be kicking and screaming when someone will say, hey you are old.. |

Elrich said the three patients “had related experiences,” so “we’re not looking at three different sources.”
Elrich said it is his understanding that the patients contracted the virus after going on a cruise. https://bethesdamagazine.com/bethesda-beat/three-montgomery-county-residents-have-states-first-cases-of-coronavirus/ Help me here.. so we got cruise cases?... how did they end up here? No quarantine ??? |
Well I prefer to go with actual research findings from the NIH. Whiskey is alcohol, period. Alcohol has significant adverse effects to the immune system as well as the respiratory and other systems in the body. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4590612/ From the article:

Probably not one of the cruises with suspected cases- cruise ship passengers from other ships have not been quarantined. |
So how many others from that particular cruise ship are roaming around the country? Always hated cruises...never been on one and now never intend to try it. It's a breeding ground. |
This is a much better approach than blowing up the global economy by freaking out. |
So are airplanes. Do you plan to stop flying? The 3 moco people who tested positive were on a plane back from their cruise. Everyone was theoretically exposed. Then they walked off the plane (probably Dulles), used the restroom, waited for checked luggage, and hopped in a cab/ Uber or picked up their car. They went to the grocery store and ran other errands before becoming sick enough to bunker down. Then they went to an area hospital to be tested. So many people were exposed. |
