I don't understand how they think they will get away with it in this day and age.

He told her he loved her and he hated the conniving wife. That he only had to get rid of one person so that they could be together forever. Story as old as time.

Sometimes it works. Henry VIII murdered 4 wives that way.

"Only you understand me. What you and I have is special. My evil wife will take me to the cleaners in the divorce and turn the kids against me, and I'll be left with nothing. With her out of the way, we can be together and live the comfortable life we were meant to lead. No one will ever find out."

But it's the "no one will ever find out" that's hard to understand how/why anyone would believe that. And also the fact that you still have to be totally immoral/unethical to agree to help someone murder another person, especially a mother of five.

I think the nanny is the real hero here. She could be accused of kidnapping, taking the kids across state lines against their father's wishes. She didn't know what happen to the mom, but clearly had good reason to think the kids were in danger. If the dad had NOT been arrested she could have been in big trouble.

So yes, all hail the very brave nanny who did the right thing for the kids, while risking a lot for herself.

This isn't the first time the girlfriend has helped in such a scenario... people do stupid crap when blinded by love/passion.

For him... I'm guessing he was desperate. In a custody/legal battle with Jennifer and her family, in debt, used to being provided a certain lifestyle and furious at the thought of losing it all.

I think the nanny will be one of the key witnesses in his trial.

Absolutely. I’m sure the mom is making sure the nanny is safe....as are the police.

She looks ROUGH:

That's the face of a woman who has lived a lot of lives and has seen some sh#t. I'm guessing she has a whole lot of trauma in her past.

I don't think he's attractive at all. He looks like a murderer, with scary eyes. She looks like a woman who helped cover up a murder, looking at a long time behind bars, is running on sleep fumes and wearing no make-up.

Also, I'm curious how the authorities figured out they deposited trash bags all over town. Was it all caught on surveillance cameras?
