How do you go outside... and not smell like outside?

I just keep a small scented oil roller in my bag and reapply as needed.

This is interesting. I don't live in the DMV. I live in flyover country.

My husband and boys get this. I thought it was partly due to smog because we are three blocks from a major highway that's in a carved out freeway canyon.
