these are all countries; Israel is a fake country that only continues because of apartheid |
So much absurdity in one post … Unless you were born and raised there, your self-reported connection to Israel is deeply troubling. Not going to bother with entertaining the rest of your Whataboutism kreplach. #next |
| The difference between China Syria etc. and Israel is that China does not have to lock half of the population in an open air prison in order to remain as China. |
I always find it so curious that the same people who are outraged over Israel/Gaza have nothing at all to say about China's atrocities against the Uyghur people or Syria's mass atrocities against their own people. No college campus protests, no heated debates anywhere, much less here on DCUM. I wonder why that could be? |
DP. Funny, I just wrote something similar. It is funny, isn't it, how other countries receive a completely different reaction when they commit atrocities. The hypocrisy is so blatant it's palpable. |
America is not literally propping up China’s very existence. So sorry Israel is more important to protest because my tax money is being used to directly fund genocide and terrorism by the Israeli state. Is that a good explanation for you? |
DP. Seek help, you mental midget. |
This is the response of someone who has absolutely no intelligent rebuttal to the PP's question. Thanks for showing us how utterly ridiculous you are. |
Also, are you admitting that Israel engages in genocide but we just shouldn’t worry about it because all countries do bad stuff??? |
Actually Israel is a fake country being propped up by a policy of apartheid and ethnic cleansing- without these crimes against humanity it would no longer be a “Jewish” state and would be thrown into chaos, a situation that the Israelis manufactured for themselves. Which part of that do you disagree with? |
Wow, could you be more ignorant (and hypocritical)? Uyghur ethnic persecution by the People's Republic of China is one of the most extensively documented contemporary human rights crises. Since approximately 2017, China has implemented a system of mass arbitrary detention, surveillance, forced labour, restrictions on religious practice, family separation, and cultural erasure targeting Uyghurs, Kazakhs, and other predominantly Muslim Turkic peoples in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR). Furthermore, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights' August 2022 assessment concluded that the violations may amount to crimes against humanity. The US, UK Parliament, and Canadian Parliament have determined the conduct constitutes genocide. As a result, Uyghur asylum claims are among the most evidentially robust under the Refugee Convention. Beyond detention, China is engaged in a systematic effort to erase Uyghur culture. Policies include: destruction of mosques (estimated 16,000 destroyed or damaged according to ASPI); banning of Uyghur-language education; forced separation of children from parents (residential boarding schools mandated for children whose parents are detained); restrictions on Uyghur naming practices; mandated use of Mandarin; replacement of Uyghur cultural symbols. Furthermore, traditional shrines and historical sites have been bulldozed. As a result, the cultural foundation of Uyghur identity is being systematically dismantled. Therefore, the persecution targets not only individuals but the existence of the Uyghur people as a distinct community.[5] Uyghur ethnic persecution is among the most documented and internationally condemned human rights crises today. The combination of mass detention, cultural erasure, family separation, forced labour, and forced sterilisation has generated UN, parliamentary, and tribunal findings that include genocide and crimes against humanity. As a result, Uyghur asylum claims should be granted on a presumption of protection. Therefore, refusal of Uyghur claims is rarely defensible — and where it occurs, appeal success is highly likely. https://thehuman-rights.com/uyghurs-china-systematic-detention-cultural-erasure/ |
This is the response of someone who knows that Israel is a genocidal, belligerent, and evil entity and has no real response. |
What is this called again in rhetorical terms? Oh yes, WHATABOUTISM. We are not talking about China. We are not giving weapons to China. We are propping up the monstrous fake nation of Israel. |
We know that you like to believe Israel is a "fake country," but those of us living in reality know that it is very much real. There's no point arguing with someone who creates a fantasy world to bolster her skewed narrative.

Why won't you answer the question, which was: why do you obsessively call out Israel but never China or Syria? |
