Inaugural on Monday Moved Inside

No, the decision was made to move it inside because the Royal Hairdo was in danger of being mussed in an unattractive way

I guess you could say that Republican presidents care more about the health and well being of all guests and observers - especially security personnel, police officers, and others.

Comparing anything Trump to Reagan is like comparing Hitler to Buddha. It just doesn't add up.

Probably moved it in so he doesn’t have to worry about how small the crowd will be. The arena will satisfy his ego, what about 20k?

This is clear evidence of climate change.

I heard on WTOP that they were expecting 250k idiots to be in town for the inauguration. That is no small crowd.

It really. Reagan was absolutely terrible and our country is still suffering from his horrific policies. In fact, we probably wouldn’t have Trump as President if Reagan hadn’t decimated the middle and working class in favor of the rich. We really need to stop lionizing him and look at what he really did.

Same. A real man and president. I was there too. More like 5-6 hrs for me. Worth every moment of waiting.

The first inauguration was between 300,000-600,000 making it small than the last one. I think both of the Obama inaugurations were over a million

And, considering there have been 2 attempts on his life, easier to secure.

I foresee, eventually, all future inaugurations taking place indoors. Due to both temperature and security.

The attempts were staged. You didn’t know this?
