Americans pushed back on elitists that told them how they should feel. The working class that was generally part of the Democrat base shifted to the Republicans because they felt they better represented their interests. Your answer is to continue being elitist and denigrate non-college educated voters? You are in for a long 8 years.

Plenty of college educated voters voted for Trump. We did so because we were tired of being gaslighted that Biden is “mentally sharp”, inflation was “transitory” and the economy is “great”, and the border is “secure” and there is no crisis. Only stupid people believed the Biden administration’s lies. The lying Biden regime spent more time attempting to gaslight people into disbelieving the very reality in front of their eyes than actually implementing good policies.

So you voted for the guy who literally tried to overthrow an election he lost. Great logic.

If I learned anything in the last 8 years it's the most people don't really care about democracy. They care more about money and standard of living. That's how Hitler was able to seize power, too. Make Germany Great Again.

MAGA voters are no different, really.

The sad thing is they will not get it >> more money or a better standard of living. The widening income gap will further widen under Trump, and they'll get further and further behind. The algorithm is almighty (powered by billionaires).

So you voted for a fascist oligarchy. Not well educated.

More gaslighting....

The UMC/UC is increasing. They will get it, as will most of us on DCUM.

+1

Kaine sounded like a pervert.

The comments on this thread are example number 5,789,423 why the majority of people on DCUM are so out of touch with most of America and why Trump won.

Trump won because many Americans are out of touch with reality.

No, we experienced four years of Trump being in office and four years of Biden-Harris being in office and determined that the country was better off during Trump’s term. Reality is that most are poorer because of Biden’s inflation, he opened up our border to massive illegal immigration, and made a mess on the world stage.

He didn’t open the border. He followed the law.

Oh my God, I know some of these college-educated Trump voters. Dcs Friend's dad has a great education and he tells me that he thinks migrants are going to shoot him and his family or something. It is unreal. I am almost 100% certain that this guy has ever spoken to a recent immigrant or worked with a single immigrant family as far as I can tell. I work with many and they are not shooting anybody. The guy is such a poorly informed fool.

Have you worked with the migrants living in the apartment building in Athens, GA where Laken Riley's murderer and other criminals lived? Many migrants are wonderful, caring, hardworking folks. I work with their kids who are well-mannered and try hard in school. But let's not pretend that there's no reason to be concerned when millions have illegally crossed the border, and we know nothing about them or where they are living.

No, I voted for the guy whose economic policies made the middle and lower class more prosperous; the guy who will defend and uphold our basic sovereignty, national security, and public safety on our border.

That guy was not a depraved murderer because he was a migrant. He's a depraved murderer because he's a depraved murderer.

Sorry but friend of DCs Dad is walking around afraid of the boogeyman. It's unreal, but that is what he is doing in spite of his fancy education.
