Winning independent suburban women

Now the democrats needs to boil that down to one sentence.
That’s the problem, it took Jen 4 min and a pie chart to make her point.
It took Desantis 10 seconds to make a cute sound bite with a lie.
Democrats: this is their talking point. Is it a lie? Sure. How are you gonna fight it?

Republicans lie, women die, and orphans cry. There you go. Pithy and truthful.

That’s a good start.
But it needs a rebuttal that starts with
I believe mothers….. what?
I believe there is no week too late in pregnant to save a mother’s life?

I believe living women should have more bodily autonomy than a corpse.

Oh Ned. Mugshot or no mugshot, your boy is going down over his complete lack of respect for women's rights. Go have a glass of Chardonnay Ned.

As a suburban Chardonnay drinker, I have to say, that mug shot is incredible. He looks like Johnny Rotton mixed with Al Capone. I don't know how anyone can look into that defiant, glowering visage and not feel a bit of punk rock pulsate through their veins. Brava to Fannie Willis. She has made the world's most internet famous man even more meme-able.

Yes dear balanced Fox News lamenting that people are no longer “innocent until proven guilty”. I hope Dems use this “low information Chardonnay drinkers from the suburbs” in every single congressional and senate race. This is what the R’s *really* think of women.

Oh please. Mark my word. This will be the mug shot of the century and will inspire t-shirts a la Che Guevara that kids will wear 20, 30 years from now.

Tiny little kids. The Trump mugshot is like a Batman villain. It's cartoonish in its evilness.

They didn't have a problem when Obama called them low information voters. It was the core of their campaign strategy.

A small fraction of people-- even people who think he should be prosecuted-- see him as a cartoon villain. Eventually, the heat around the Trump issue will fade and he will become part of history. Prior to the mug shot, he might have become a somewhat colorful but ultimately normal kind of historical figure.

That has changed because of the imagery. Imagery is a large part of what elevates someone from historical figure to legend. Take Guy Fawkes as an example. You surely would know Fawkes instantly as the symbol for Anonymous or the hero of V for Vendetta. The image of his mask transcends the actual history of who he was and what happened. I didn't use Che Guevara as an example without any thought- he's another figure that is generically considered defiant and revolutionary and people wear his image ss a symbol of nonconforming or disobedience without necessarily endorsing his Marxist ideology or tendency to murder people.

Trump's mugshot will become an image detached from his actual history. If this mug shot were an NFT, people would be buying the crap out of it. It's destined to be a century-defining image and also a image that becomes short-hand for populist defiance.

I don't think so. I mean who knows what future generations will think or do - but now, I think most of us are just sick of this guy.
