The ship on 'Who would you sit down and have a beer with?' has sailed. I think the majority of the women will go with whoever is most likely to treat us as actual human beings. I don't need to love or even like that person, I need to be sure that they're in my corner, and that of my daughter's.

I agree there are issues that stand out as important and the issue-winners will win independents.
