Help me understand this better: C. Thomas said in his concurring statement that ""In future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court's substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell." Can anyone point to a list of which decisions that would be? He mentions three, but do Brown v. BOE and Loving v. Virginia fit the criteria?

Most of the state laws would not restrict abortion to the first trimester, they would outlaw it completely

Do these same EU countries have police states that would investigate women who have miscarriages?
