At least Paul Ryan has a plan

Agree or disagree its more than you can say for Obama and the democrats. Alas I live in DC so the electoral college math doesn't matter but I like the republicans for coming out with their solutions for the future. Obama where art thou?

Ryan has a plan, but Romney is distancing himself from it. So, I guess you are back to square one.

Am I imagining that I recall him offering a "grand compromise" that Bohner almost accepted, before his Tea Party contingent bollixed up the deal?

Ryan has a plan to dismantle the govt-- won't balance the budget though. I don't really get the "at least it's a plan" view.

Do nothing is always a valid option, and a preferable one to the Ryan plan.

People want to win elections and thus won't admit that we need changes to Medicare. Ruan's Plan is bold and a great step in dealing with our looming demographic disaster.

The Rebublican solutions appear to be denial of Ryan's plans Romney's well yes I said I'd support Ryan's plan but don't quote me on that. I have my own plan but I haven't discussed it yet?
OP if you know the plan you know more than Ryan or Romney's team. Care to share the plan with us.

You are again ignoring the fact that Romney is not supporting Ryan's plan. Specifically, Romney is attacking Obama for cutting $716 million from Medicare. Ryan's budget had the same cut. Romney says he won't cut those funds. In reality, Obama isn't cutting that money. It is money saved from future growth as a result of Obamacare. Ryan also saves it from future growth, but doesn't have an offset. Romney says he will repeal Obamacare, which will cause Medicare costs to increase by the $716 million Obamacare saves (which is why Romney says he won't cut it). So, Romney doesn't actually have a plan to reform Medicare. Rather, he wants to return it to the pre-Obamacare status quo.

But, since you support Ryan's plan, how do you expect a voucher to pay for the ever-increasing costs of private insurance? Because the Ryan voucher won't keep up with insurance costs, the elderly will be left holding the bag themselves. I guess we call all look forward to spending our golden years eating dog food in order to afford health insurance. But, hey, dog food for the elderly is a bold plan.

Romney and Ryan will reach a middle ground plan that won't be that different.

You know what's hilarious, Biden doesn't know of any plans let alone what Biden does.

Notice there isn't any pressure on Biden because everyone knows he's an idiot worst than Bush.

I guest Ryan and romney will restore the 700 million cut?

You are funny. Biden's plan is Obamacare which he fully supports. Romney and Ryan cannot even agree on a common plan.

It is not a "cut". It is savings realized by Obamacare. The Ryan plan contains the same reductions. Romney will abolish Obamacare. Hence, the savings will not be there. Republicans have so distorted language that "not saving" has become "restore funding".

Jeff, you must be a liberal; you keep quoting facts as though they have relevance to tea party rhetoric.
