He probably should have been arrested that day, yes. But that's not related to his being disarmed and shot days later.

Well the ICE gestapo is apparently unable to handle any civilian unrest except by shooting people or smashing their heads. So that’s kind of a problem.

Although MPD (in DC) has its own issues, one thing it does very well is crowd control during protests. This is learnable stuff.

This!! I keep mentioning that DC MPD handles crowd control without this craziness. All I see in the videos from MN is poor training, unprofessionalism, and ineptitude.
